A single Shiraz vineyard in the Limestone Coast is the source for this light and quite savoury expression of Rosé. It’s been made as a low sugar wine, but still shows some nice vibrant red fruits of strawberry and raspberry on the nose especially. And then a palate which releases nice red berry characters. Delightfully restrained, yet with good flavours. The aim from the outset seems to have been to preserve and express the freshness of the variety in a light, restrained mode, and to that end, it works perfectly.
