Fruit is from Pemberton. White stone fruits meet pomelo and lemon sugar glaze. There is a summer island vibe with coconut water, pineapple juice and hot sand. The subtle French oak fermentation and barrel age has given the wine good bedrock for a lovely, even shape on the palate. It’s refreshing, fruity and precise, and dry on the finish. A wine for a diverse array of white wine palates. Drink now. I’d love to serve this with panko crumbed prawns and garlic aioli.
