Millon Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This enticing Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Eden Valley fruit, from the wonderful 2021 vintage. Opaque maroon in hue, the nose exhibits notes of plums, charcuterie, black fruits, warm earth, graphite, soy, cloves, blackcurrants, spices and coffee grinds. There is excellent length here along with the requisite intensity through to satiny tannins, and a lingering finish. Enjoy this over the next eight to ten years.
