Mojo Limestone Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Share

Thanks to our Kiwi friends, and rivers of zesty wine coming over from Marlborough, Sauvignon Blanc has, for many, lost much of its shine. But forget the cheap Kiwi juice, because Sauvignon Blanc can make delicious, easy drinking wines all around Australia.

Take this example from the Limestone Coast. No cat pee here, just layers of ripe and generous guava, citrus and dried herb fruits. It’s bright, fresh and crisp without being lean, fruity without being simple and just a really good drink, especially with a couple of fresh Whiting fillets straight out of the St Vincent Gulf. Go on, give Sauvignon Blanc a chance.
