Parched Crow Early Dawn Semillon 2025

The racy, zippy character of a young Hunter Semillon is clearly on display in this rather delightful wine. The aromas have that slightly talc-y, powdery character infused with a citrusy-floral combination. The palate retains the typically fine precision that you expect from a young Hunter Semillon, but there is good depth and intensity of flavour here that will develop nicely in the medium term.
