Pepper Tree Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A most appealing Coonawarra Cabernet from a thrilling vintage. Blood red in colour, there are dense fruit notes here. We have dark berries, plums, raspberries and dried herbs with a deftly handled overlay of oak. Good concentration through firm but fine tannins. A wine of medium length, the palate sees the emergence of coffee bean notes. Enjoy over the next six to eight years.
