Pepperjack Grenache Rosé 2021

Grenache from Langhorne Creek in a good year…yeah, that works for me. It also has a little pinot and nebbiolo in there, but it’s predominantly grenache. Strawberries and rose petal characters open on a seductive, captivating nose. The palate is a result of tank fermentation with time on lees the key to building texture. Bright and lively with a dry finish.
