Pipers Brook Chardonnay 2023

Jonathan apples, mango skin and Meyer lemons. Whipped butter and baked peach danish. The coolness of Tassie’s north maritime climate is felt in its long electric lines of acidity whilst maintaining those plump stone fruit tones. A hint of cedar and cassia bark supports the middle palate width and the wine finishes with roast macadamia and some sandstone earthy grip. A wine that almost all styles of Chardonnay drinkers would enjoy. Perhaps with a veal schnitzel and fat chips.
