Fermentation and Punch Lance’s Vineyard Chardonnay 2022 maturation in seasoned barrels bring a natural balance and emerging texture to the wine. There’s an energy here, delivered through some punchy (pun intended!) acidity and offering the groundwork for a bright future which is very much on the cards. A light dusting of oak spice is an added bonus. Finishes with a clean, crisp grapefruit pithiness. Superb.
