Puppet Master Prosecco NV

A delightful local Prosecco, the method of production is noted as the ‘Italian method’. The second fermentation occurs in stainless steel pressure vessels. Lemon/straw in colour, there is good effervescence here. The nose has an appealing array of aromas, including spices, citrus, minerally notes, florals, apples, a hint of icing sugar and lemon. The wine is fresh, bright and alive with a dry finish. Of medium length, enjoy this for the next couple of years.
