That depth shows in the 2024 Five Rivers, a modern take on a Bordeaux-inspired blend led by Cabernet Franc and Merlot, crafted with wild fermentation, 20% whole bunch, and basket pressing to preserve purity and texture. The nose is vibrant and aromatic, offering layers of mulberry, sour cherry, and cola spice, laced with green olive, tomato leaf, and dried oregano. The palate mirrors that complexity, delivering blueberry compote, red cherry, bay leaf, and a subtle amaro-like bitterness and dark cacao that adds intrigue.
