I have to say that from the first take on the nose, I was intrigued by this Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. The nose has a slightly savoury mealy character with a faint hint of chalk dust lurking in the background. The palate is complex already with its light frame striking a linear line through to the long finish. Beautiful textured mouth feel with just a lick of citrus on the finish to lift.
