Schild Estate Three Springs Shiraz 2023

A season delayed by a cool wet spring, but one which turned out to be pretty good in the Barossa. This is a full-on Barossa Shiraz loaded with all manner of rich, velvety, plush fruit concentration. Aromas of fruit cake, dark chocolate and ripe plum with a little licorice and mocha. The palate is so beautifully laced together with tannin and oak harmoniously integrated. A wine of brilliance and vibrancy. Love it.
