Aromas of light stone fruit and lemon quince paste. The palate shows creamy, peachy texture with full malolactic fermentation to balance the acid and flavour. A touch of milk arrowroot biscuit character. Spent nine months in barrel, using barriques to build subtle oak. Finishes slightly savoury.
