Sidewood Estate Shiraz 2024

Share

Adelaide Hills Shiraz speaks its own varietal dialect, here typically with crushed black and blue berries, sprigs of rosemary and thyme, a spray of white pepper. Minor oak elements come later with a cedary earthiness rather than cut timberyard. Dark fruit juiciness meets sticky tannins meets herbal savouriness – in a clear-cut regional expression.
