Small Victories Vermentino 2022

Share

With more Mediterranean varietals coming out of Riverland at the moment than ever before, there are so many fun options to explore and experience, offering great bang for your buck. A one-way ticket for Summer – I’m definitely on board for the ride! A delicious, quality follow-on from the 2021 vintage with an abundant aroma hit of honeydew melon, blossom, pink grapefruit and lemon pith. A touch of skin contact before pressing gives the palate a slightly slippery feel, but it’s also refined with a saline freshness – white peach, fresh almonds, ripe limes and honeysuckle. Solid line and length with a profound concentration of flavour. Perfect for summer sipping by the pool or try it with some crumbed calamari with lemon and saffron aioli. Bravo Jules and Bec!
