Lifted flint and gunsmoke straight out of the fridge, with air and temperature unlocking meyer lemon, cashew, and sweet jasmine. Lovely creamy texture here, cut by lemon, flint, jasmine tea and white nectarine. Puckery acid provides the line and carry. Delicious. It’s pure, focused and fresh but with enough fleshiness and flavour to pull you back for more.
