Cue the limes! Finger lime, lime pith, makrut lime leaf and delicate white florals are underpinned by grated palm sugar. So pristine. The palate is a masterclass in freshness, bursting with bright citrus that drives through the palate with linearity before attaching to a long acid line. Ample texture to hold it all, phenomenal length, and bone dry. This is a wine to quench the unquenchable thirst, and yet another brilliant offering from a producer that continues to impress. I’m yet to see a wine from them that isn’t packed with interest.
