Wildside Tasmanian Riesling 2019

Share

This wine is worth tracking down thanks to its very pretty cool climate Riesling fruits that Tasmania is becoming increasingly well known for at a bargain price. It is immediately perfumed with very pure pear, floral and citrus fruits that are absolutely pristine. The wine follows with a concentrated palate with layers of musk, talc even stony flavoured fruits with very crisp acidity well balanced with just a touch of sweetness. The long and clean finish is also finely balanced making for a wine well suited to fresh Vietnamese spring rolls.
