Woodvale Spring Gardens Shiraz 2022

Sourced from a pair of Clare Valley vineyards – one located in the Armagh sub-region and the other in the Sevenhill sub-region – with maturation in older French oak hogsheads for sixteen months, before a final blending. This is an attractive deep magenta. Black fruits dominate with dark chocolate, dry herbs, beef stock, cold tea and soy. There is a pleasing ripeness throughout and a lovely lingering finish, with sleek tannins. A wine for enjoying over the next six to eight years.
