This vintage of A.C. Byrne is made by a very well known Margaret River winemaker and it has the fingerprints of classy Margaret River winemaking. It has the purity of sweet leafy blackcurrant fruits with even a touch of bay leaf often seen in the Margaret River. The fruit is juicy and bold, plus quite silky tannins. It is not massive but stands up to deliver impressive power and fruit for the money. A bangers and mash special.
