From Grenache vines planted in 1912 at Lyndoch, this Blanc de Noir is fine and expressive. Hand-picked, gently pressed without skin contact, and fermented naturally in stainless steel. Subsequent malolactic fermentation and lees stirring have added lovely texture and complexity. The wine retains a precise elegance and a pure mineral-driven finish. A distinctive and charming early-drinking white.
