Castelli Estate Pemberton Chardonnay 2022

Straight to press without crushing or destemming for this Pemberton Chardy. 100% barrel fermentation in French oak of varying ages. Gentle lemon in colour, there are spices, stonefruits, florals, a hint of nutmeg, vanilla and lemon grass on the delightfully expressive nose. The palate is well balanced with good acidity and length. Seamless in style, it is delicious now, and expect it to continue to drink well over the next five to ten years. This is a fine addition to the Chardonnay ranks.
