Chain of Ponds Amelia’s Letter Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris 2025

Sourced from a high vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This is a light-bodied but textured and flavoursome Pinot Gris, with a small portion barrel-fermented to build textural mouthfeel and subtle complexity. On the nose, there are typical aromas of apple and pear, with a crunchy, almost brioche-like addition. Precise, long, and with a refreshing mouthfeel.
