Chapel Hill The Parson Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Part of an exceptional range of value for money wines from this excellent McLaren Vale producer. This is medium bodied with soft supple fleshy fruit dominating the palate. It’s loaded with blackcurrant and mulberry, with a thread of chalky tannins adding structural support. It’s a current drinking gem.
