Deep Down Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023

A single vineyard wine, organic, and with wild fermentation, around one-third in old puncheons, the colour here is a gleaming yellow and there are impressive lifted aromas. This is ripe with tropical fruits, florals and stone fruits, along with some nutty characters and hints of honey. A rather lovely style with bold flavours and juicy acidity with excellent length and good balance. This is a very fine example of a worked Sauvignon Blanc, for enjoying over the next three to five years.
