Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon matured in 57% new French oak for 16 months. A marriage of traditional blackberries and Kirsch with some two-tone mulberries and bayberry fruit. Tannins and a woven cashmere sweater, seductive in their glide and slide across the palate. A middle pocket of rooibos tea and dried cherries then gives way to leather polish, cedar and grated nutmeg spice.
