Frisky pear and green apple lead the aromas with some lemon pith, honeydew melon and hazelnut in support. The palate has a nice sluice of upfront fruit with notes akin to the nose and with the same hazelnut nuttiness adding interest. There’s some grippy, chalky phenolics and a good wash of pithy, citrusy acidity to cleanse and frame the finish. It’s varietal, it’s fun, it’s pithy. It’s a feet in the pool on a sunny day vibe.
