Holm Oak Riesling 2023

Share

A beautiful and fragrant, classically cool-climate Riesling from this excellent producer in Tasmania. There’s an engaging mix of bright florals and a cutting, tense minerality that threads through, creating a tight and finely poised palate. The aromas display a fairly typical cut lime and lemon, while the palate reveals deeper flavours of orange zest, apple, and pear. The crunchy acidity leaves the mouth with a refreshing feel. A wine with good cellaring potential, but it’s mighty good drinking now.
