Howard Park Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This is Sauvignon Blanc, but there’s a little bit more to it than you’d normally find. For a start, it’s been barrel fermented, which adds a deep complexity, a little skin contact, and then some tank fermentation of the components. What it’s done is build a wine with layered complexity while retaining its fresh varietal focus and linear expression. Ripe melon and stone fruit with a little crisp citrus and red apple emerging. The palate is long, and the layered complexity retains its intensity through to the finish.
