This bio dynamically grown 2022 Chenin Blanc is a refined expression of this often misunderstood grape variety. Fermented and aged in French oak , it offers up impressively detailed aromas of yuzu, lanolin and grapefruit finely woven into a subtle blanket of French oak. Fresh acid tension and drying phenolics underpin waves of subtle flavour, oak a little prominent at this young age. Young and tight right now, it will flower beautifully over the next decade
