McGuigan Bin Series 9000 Semillon 2015

Share

At 10 years of age, this Hunter Valley Semillon is only just beginning to enter the mysterious pathways of varietal maturation. Barely light gold with green tinges, it still looks very youthful, and so too its aromas, with kiwi fruit and lime freshness to the fore, the palate showing a tasteful balance of these woven through its acid lines, with some grassiness in its flavour feels, even a suggestion of Sauvignon for a distinctive touch. All very tasty and still developing, with years ahead to reveal its own set of complexities.
