Parched Crow Shiraz 2021

Deep magenta in colour. As the aromas move through dry earth, animal skins, red fruits, mulberries and leather, it really does show off its Hunter origins. The soft palate has some chocolate and plum characters. There is good length and soft, cushiony tannins. Still youthful, of course, with a good line of acidity and should have a decade ahead of it.
