Parishes Cabernet Shiraz 2021

Share

The great Aussie red wine blend, justifiably famous and much loved, takes on a little extra sheen when it is Cabernet from Coonawarra and Shiraz from Barossa. Just think of the legendary Bin 60A and so many more. This is a fine addition to the ranks. An inky maroon hue, this is an earthy style with good concentration and impressive oak integration. The flavours weave through black fruits, a touch of cassis, cloves and a hint of campfire. Chalky tannins and bright acidity runs the length. A terrific wine and a crowd-pleaser – not always an easy tightrope to walk. Will provide pleasure for ten to twelve years.
