Schild Estate Old Vine Chardonnay 2022

A wine that provides compelling evidence that the Barossa shouldn’t be overlooked for Chardonnay. This one works a treat, intense stone fruit and slightly nutty characters permeate the nose and palate. The subtle vanillin oak adds further complex notes creating a most attractive wine. Liked this as a drink now style but it will benefit from a few extra years.
