Cracking good wine this. The style can be a little clumsy in the wrong hands, but this one absolutely nails it. Wild fermented and barrel fermented in a mix of new and second use oak. It stayed in oak for seven months with regular stirring. It’s created texture and balance, while retaining its minerally crisp saline edge to the finish.
