Yering Station Village Pinot Noir 2025

Fresh. Wise. Vibrant. Australia needs more wines of this quality, sitting at the thirty-dollar mark. Take a bow. Salted strawberries, red cherries and chocolate-coated coffee beans. Smart winemaking. No peacocking. Pleased with itself, though. In the mouth, it made me smile. Firm yet graceful tannins, sprightly acid and gentle edges. Tight on opening, I suspect it will stretch out nicely over the next year.. A touch of rose petal and blood orange through the finish. Drink slightly cooler than room temperature. Stock up.
