The guys have gone to the Adelaide Hills for this fruit and it has all those appealing characters you want in Aussie savvies. It is a bright and zingy savvy with light gooseberry with a citrus tang, Delicate tropical fruits are held with a keen edgy acidity to a long finish. Best as a drink now wine although an extra year or so would be okay too.
