The fruit comes from Langhorne Creek and the Adelaide Hills so there’s weight and textural richness and a vibrant cool climate lift especially on the nose. This is a wine that screams: drink me. Lush plum and cherry with a savoury finish. It’s medium bodied with a beautifully seamless and quite velvety mouthfeel. I want to drink this.
