Holm Oak The Protégé Chardonnay 2023

This is a finer and quite delicate style, yet there is plenty of fruit weight delivered with real poise. The aromas display a fairly typical mix of stone fruits with nectarine and white peachy character. The palate delivers slices of succulent white peach, a splash of citrus, and just a little cut melon. This is very much about fruit and no oak has been used, which makes it such a terrific current-drinking wine.
