An appealing Great Southern Cabernet (some Merlot in the blend?), which is a little more rural than others in the range. TSR refers to the Travelling Stock Route, which cut across part of the Lange property. Deep magenta, this offers a nose redolent with tobacco leaves, sour cherries, dry herbs and hints of briary characters. Back fruits edge to the fore in time. A linear style with decent length and sleek tannins, it concludes with a hint of dark chocolate. Now and for the next six years.
