St Mary’s House Block Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Limestone Coast Cabernet in a very good year is hard to beat. A hands-on approach has been taken with hand plunging and soft basket pressing to gently massage the fruit and shape it into a stylish expression of the region and the variety. Blackcurrant and slightly leafy minty on the nose. There’s a little chalk dust complexity and lightly cedary oak. Balanced and focussed to a poised and long finish.
