Melon, peach skin and yellow apple intermingle with savoury pops of cedar, followed by white peach pulp, mandarin, and apple strudel. Inviting aromatics. The palate is lifted and bright, with notes akin to the aromatics. Apple, white peach, pastry dough, cedar, and nectarine sit high in the mouth before a good line of pithy acidity frames it all to a clean apple and peach led close. Good complexity and balance at this price point.
