This chardonnay has developed into one of Australia?s best sub-$50 chardies. Goodall’s approach is to maximise the vibrancy and energy of the fruit and so he used no malolactic fermentation. The result is a wine style that is precise but still has that creamy richness and palate intensity you like to see in this variety. All wild yeast fermented and then spent 9 months in oak. Structured and very long.
