48% Grenache, 29% Shiraz and 23% Mourvèdre. A witch’s brew of blackberries, violets and lavender. Some blueberries and furry sage leaves. Cola spice meets with vanilla and dark sesame seeds.  The palate rejoices with the red fruit of Grenache meeting the black fruit and continues to lift the wine with crunchy acidity and poised tannins. This is memorable for its potency and energy. A wine for fat beef sausages and rich gravy. Drink now or will cellar well for another 4-6 years.
