Heartland Directors’ Cut Shiraz 2021

A beautifully structured and presented Shiraz from old Langhorne Creek vines. Aromas of dark cherry and spicy plum with a subtle grating of dark chocolate. The palate is smoothly textured with succulent juicy ripe fruit supported by fine tannins and a little oak. A slightly leafy note carries through while a little mint brings a regionality here.
