Silverstream Denmark Riesling 2018

A very typically Denmark style of riesling with its fine and delicate fruits compounded by zesty acidity. This wine has a few years under its belt but is still as bright and crisp as the day it was bottled. It has layers of limey citrus and floral aromas with touches of spice. It is then lightweight on the palate which is driven by a bolt of acidity. This is a wine screaming out for barramundi and chips.
