Willoughby Park Ironrock Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This is an impressive wine made in a season that did present some challenges so careful fruit selection has been the key. Deep and concentrated blackcurrant and bay leaf with a little seaweed nori character and a dusting of dry cement dust. The palate is rich in dark chocolate and ripe black fruits while the oak has been harnessed neatly.
